Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, equipment such as lighting fixtures, bulbs, and enclosures must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For the health and safety of the reptiles in our community, we cannot accept returns on any nutritional supplements or foods if the factory seal has been broken or opened. If you receive a defective or damaged item directly from one of our fulfillment warehouse partners, please contact us immediately at info@thepogonainstitute.org so we can arrange a replacement and provide a return label. For standard "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification and automatically process your refund to the original method of payment.
